Balnc represents the culmination of 30 years of dedication, evolution, and expertise in movement and wellness. Drawing from experience in classical studios, physiotherapy clinics, and nearly three decades as a studio owner, Balnc evolved into a unique and integrative approach to Pilates training.
Balnc has woven together methodologies from diverse Pilates schools such as Polestar, Basi Pilates, Stott Pilates, and Physical Mind Pilates, in addition to these mind-body modalities:
